Do you have live-in shifts, overnight shifts, weekend shifts, etc.?
Schedules are based 100% on the client’s needs, just like the pay rate, Kindly Care does not set the caregiver's schedule. So the answer is yes, it is possible that clients will need live-in care or overnight shifts! As a caregiver on our platform, you will have the opportunity to set your own availability and choose which clients you want to work with based on your scheduling needs.
Just as with any other job, it is customary to provide your employer (the client) at least 2 weeks’ notice to ensure the client has enough time to find a replacement caregiver.
